1. Feeling Unattractive?
That is more than okay to have this feeling. We are all only human and have no control over the way we were born into the world. Take a selfie and be reminded of all the people who find you beautiful, regardless of whoever thinks you’re not attractive. You don’t wake up every morning to impress them anyways.
2. Feeling Lonely?
This is easily solvable, if you have a best friend, relative, or journal that you write in, go to them or that immediately. Your friends will be there to chit chat with you, relatives always love talking about random current events, and journals are perfect outlets for creative writing.
3. Have You Danced Lately?
Dancing is actually really good exercise as well as contagiously fun. Go out dancing one of these nights and be impressed with how awesome you actually are! Even if you don’t think you’re good at dancing, going out and getting a little social time might do you some good.
4. Feel Sleepy?
If you haven’t been getting much sleep lately, dedicate a whole day off to nothing but rest and relaxation all to yourself. Let your body recoil from the adversities of the world and finally catch up on some much deserved rest.
5. Feel Hungry?
Get yourself the biggest feast that you love. Anything that is your favorite meal, prepare or order it as soon as you can. The satisfaction of having a comfort food is really powerful in dire times such as gloom and despair.
